Bespoke is not a style. It is a method.
IKONIC Bespoke Design exists to make the one piece that the market does not: cut from real stone, trimmed in gold, sized to the person it is going to. We are not trying to make more of anything. We are trying to make one of it.

Why stone
Every other luxury material can be reproduced. Leather can be stamped, metal can be cast, resin can be molded — and at enough volume, all of it starts to look the same. Stone cannot be reproduced. Two pieces cut from the same block will still differ where the vein runs.
That is the whole reason we build in it. A table on an onyx base, lit from within so the stone glows through its own veining, is not a product with a stone finish. The stone is the object, and everything else — the felt, the trim, the hardware — is fitted to it.
It also means we cannot cut corners. There is no filler, no veneer, no patch. What is in the block is what you get, and the work is in reading the block before the first cut.

One at a time, on purpose
A commission usually starts with a conversation, not a specification: a room that needs something in it, a collection that has outgrown its storage, a gift that has to be unlike anything else the person owns. From there we set the piece, the stone and the dimensions together.
Nothing is cut until you have seen the options and agreed the price. When the piece is finished, it is photographed on the bench before it ships, so you know exactly what left.
If it could be bought anywhere else, we have made the wrong piece.
What we hold to
The stone is chosen first
Every commission starts at the block. We pick the slab for its movement, its depth of color and the way its veining will run across the finished face — because on a table, an ashtray or a case, the stone is not a finish applied to a product. It is the product.
Cut, not molded
Natural stone will not take a shortcut. Each piece is cut, shaped and hand-polished through successive grits until the surface holds light like water, and the edges are drawn to a line you can feel with a fingertip.
Gold, set by hand
The trim is 24kt gold-plated metal, fitted and finished by hand rather than stamped on. It is the one warm note against the stone, and it is meant to look like it belongs there — because it was set by someone who could see the piece it was going onto.
Made for one person
Sizes, interiors, engraving and stone choice are all yours to set. Nothing leaves the bench until it is a piece that could only have been made for you — which is the whole point of commissioning one.
The maker
Dwayne Anderson
IKONIC Bespoke Design is Dwayne’s shop. He is the person who answers the phone, who walks you through the stone options, and who signs off on the piece before it leaves the bench. Every commission comes to him directly.
